yep. we forgot to take pics of the beach itself. ho hum.
but take my word for it, we made it to the laiya shore via public transportation, and came back the same day.

our long-delayed arrival got us thinking. instead of paying 700 each to get into la luz, we ate at a carinderia owned by our new friend tita pilar, and then walked to the laiya shore. we ended up having our own little spot right beside blue corral. very cozy. and free of entrance fees.
thank God for unexpected delays.
