Description:
fantastically decadent rice krispies treats that are not for the fainthearted or bittertoothed. MAKE SOME TODAY! :)

Ingredients:
YOU NEED ONLY THREE INGREDIENTS:

ONE : 20 oz. or about 80 regular marshmallows. That is, approximately two bags of kraft marshmallows. You can also use 4 cups miniature marshmallows

TWO : 6 cups / one regular package of rice krispies.

THREE: Butter (3 tablespoons)

Directions:
Caveat: creating the ultimate batch or treats is not a science, it is an art. so, do not pay too much attention to getting the proportions exactly right.

Okay, here we go. the only secret to making better krispies treats is this: YOU NEED MORE MALLOWS :) :) :) hehehe. there. secret's out.

Wash your hands, guys and gals.

STOVE VERSION.
Get a large pan, preferably a no-stick pan, and add the butter. Light a low fire, and prepare your heart for the ultimate batch of crispies treats.
Place the mallows in the pan and allow them to melt. Doesn't that smell like heaven? It does indeed. Mix the mallows until they've all melted.
When the mallows are one homogeneous mass, throw in the rice krispies, and use a buttered wooden spoon/spatula to blend the ingredients until the krispies are thoroughly mixed in.
*Turn off the stove after the krispies have been halfway mixed in.

Place the morass (hahaha) of mallows and krispies into a square pan. You will need to even the top of the treats, for presentation's sake. If you have any of that edible non-stick spray, use it on wax paper and line the pan before placing the treats into the pan. Cut into squares/ any shape, after cooling in the fridge. Serve, and ENJOY!

MICROWAVE VERSION.
Throw away your butter. You won't need it.
Depending on the size of your microwave, proportion your ingredients to a container that will fit. Formula: One bag of mallows to half a bag of rice krispies. Do the math :)
Set the microwave to high and melt the mallows first. Place them in a microwavable plastic container of any shape, preferably with a flat bottom. In my experience, when the mallows are in a small container, it only takes 30-45 seconds depending on the wattage. They will puff up and appear larger. You must pay attention not to burn the mallows. Once melted, take out the container, and mix in the proportionate amount of krispies. You can transfer the contents to any shaped pan that you might like.

Cool your treats in the ref.

Cut them into any shape, serve them to your friends/kids/cousins/ persons you know who love sweets, and watch them enter a new state of euphoria

Special Note: The best size pan to even the treats into squares, using the amount of ingredients i recommended is a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Remember though, that is your art, and any size is okay to the hungry mouth. :)

a step-by-step photo of both versions will soon be posted, as i've yet to make my latest batch of these fantastically decadent treats.

Meanwhile friends, enjoy the recipe, and God bless you a lot today!
